Delete Account & Data

You can delete your QuizPaper account and all of its data at any time, in the app or by email.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and go to Account Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.
Or request deletion by email
- Email support@aunian.com with the subject "QuizPaper - Account Deletion Request".
- Use the same email address registered on your QuizPaper account, so we can verify your identity.
- We'll reply to confirm your request and process it within 7 business days at most.
What gets deleted
QuizPaper is a single-user app, so there are no other members or shared history to consider. When your account is deleted, everything that belongs to you is deleted:

| Your usage counts and purchase records in our database | Deleted |
This deletion is complete and cannot be undone once processed. Copies of failed AI replies kept for troubleshooting are removed with your account and expire after 7 days at the latest.
If you subscribe to QuizPaper Pro: deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in
Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Google keeps its own records of your payments.
